Elizaveta Radostina — founder and lead designer of Joy Flowers Studio, with a background producing large-scale events internationally and here in California. I believe flowers are how a room says something before anyone speaks — so I lead every event personally, from the first sketch to the final stem.

Questions, answered
How far in advance should I book? +
Small events — picnics, showers, proposals — can often be arranged with as little as one week's notice. For weddings and large productions, the final payment is due one month before the event, so the earlier you reach out, the better we can secure your date.
Is there a minimum budget? +
Weddings start from $3,500 for about 120 guests. Other events, celebrations and arrangements start from $320 — and every design is quoted to your budget.
What's included in the consultation? +
A complimentary 20-minute call where we go through your vision and wishes in depth, give you a realistic budget estimate and help with event logistics — then follow up with a personal moodboard within 72 hours.
Do you travel outside Sacramento and San Francisco? +
Yes — we serve Greater Sacramento, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, San Francisco, the Bay Area, Napa, Lake Tahoe and San Jose. Travel details are confirmed in your quote.
Who handles delivery and setup? +
Our own team. We deliver, install and style everything on site on the day of your event — and handle teardown afterwards, on request.
Do you do corporate and brand events? +
Absolutely — conferences, launches, brand dinners and photo-worthy installs. We can match your brand colors and work directly with your event planner or venue.
