Hotel, restaurant and retail holiday installations go up between November 27 and December 1, which is why December contracts are signed in October. Gifting sends and smaller restaurant work can be booked later — ask us and we will tell you honestly whether the date still works.

Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your property as additional insured. Send us your venue requirements with the brief and the COI arrives with the proposal.
Net-30 against an approved purchase order for account clients, or 50% deposit with the balance due on completion for one-off projects. A W-9 is on file and available on request.
Corporate events need three to four weeks. Holiday installations for hotels and retail are contracted in September and October, because materials are sourced months ahead of the season. Recurring programmes can start within two weeks.
